The agency has been in business since 1994 when owner Carol Woolmington purchased the business having worked the four years prior with the previous owner.

Carol Woolmington

Carol's passion in life is cruising. She took her first cruise with Holland America Line in September of 1990 and found it was literally a career changing experience. Since then, she has earned her 300 day Mariner Award from Holland America, sailed on all of their ships, which equates to 45 cruises on that line alone, performed with the ship's orchestra (on the recently retired MS Westerdam), and arranged travel for some of the officers and crew. She has earned CLIA's (Cruise Lines International Association) highest designation of Master Cruise Counselor (MCC) and maintains close contacts in the Seattle office of Holland America Line

Ruth Thompson

Ruth Thompson has been a world traveler since her birth. Having had military parents she took her first breath in Turkey and sailed to the US on one of Holland America Line's ships in 1967. Since that time her love of travel has only increased, making her a perfect choice for your trip consultant.

Ruth attended Baylor University in the early 80's and is the mother of two boys, Patrick and Matthew.

Sue Stewart

Sue discovered a love for Ireland and Scotland that is definitely in her blood. She was in the first graduating class of the Irish Tourist Boards "Shamrock Club" Destination Specialist Program, held at Dromoland Castle, Newmarket-on-Fergus, County Clare, and has completed the intensive "Scots Master" program with the Scottish Tourist Board.

In all her travels, to Mexico, Canada, Ireland, cruises and ports of call, what she enjoys most is trying to absorb some of the flavor and way of life of each place. When she is really old and unable to travel, she will have such wonderful memories and her"Royal Stewart" plaid pillow a friend brought her from Scotland. Isn’t that what travel is all about?
